1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2jlorg ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2jlorg website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 2jlorg Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 2jlorg.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 2jlorg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gaming age restrictions as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9287.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 2jlorg or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 2jlorg or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and decisions on the Platform.

2jlorg reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 2jlorg Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your 2jlorg account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account information up to date. Any change in your personal details, particularly your residential address or contact information, must be updated promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
• Select a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• Notify 2jlorg immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

2jlorg implements two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of account security. While 2FA is strongly recommended, it is the player's responsibility to enable and maintain security features available within their account settings.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

2jlorg supports a range of Philippine-centric payment methods including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 2jlorg account balance in real time or near-real time, subject to the processing times of the selected payment method. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. 2jlorg does not currently charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method owned and registered in your name. 2jlorg does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• Any active bonus funds or funds subject to wagering requirements must have their rollover conditions met before the relevant portion of the balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per calendar day, as displayed in your account's withdrawal section.
• 2jlorg targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 15 minutes for GCash and Maya. Timelines for bank transfers via InstaPay or PesoNet may vary based on banking system availability.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2jlorg offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a promotion-specific term, the promotion-specific term prevails for matters directly related to that promotion.

The following general principles apply to all 2jlorg bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms. Unused bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon expiry.
• Game Contributions: Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and other game categories may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: 2jlorg reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk hedging strategies to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, or coordinated abuse with other players.

6 Game Rules & Conduct

Each game available on the 2jlorg Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By playing any game on 2jlorg, you agree to be bound by both these Terms and the applicable game-specific rules.

The following conduct standards apply across all games and all areas of the 2jlorg Platform:

• You will play games for your own recreational enjoyment and not for the purpose of professional gain as your primary income source in a manner that exploits system vulnerabilities.
• You will not attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches for financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through the exploitation of a technical error may be voided at 2jlorg's discretion.
• In live dealer environments, you will conduct yourself respectfully towards dealers and other players. Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive language directed at any person is prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the game and account suspension.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jlorg Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, and/or forfeiture of account balances, in addition to any legal remedies available to 2jlorg:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per individual, whether under your own identity or using another person's details.
• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, engaging in chargeback fraud, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the Platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, coordinated betting strategies in live games, or any form of chip dumping.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain a gameplay advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the 2jlorg Platform to launder proceeds of crime, convert illicit funds, or engage in any transaction in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or related legislation.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access any other player's account, reverse-engineer the Platform software, probe for security vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's infrastructure in any way.
• Minors: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access the Platform using your account or otherwise facilitating a minor's access to real-money gaming on 2jlorg.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jlorg Platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, icons, images, audio clips, and the selection and arrangement of content — is the exclusive property of 2jlorg or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational use. This license does not include:

• Any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Any right to use 2jlorg's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written consent.
• Any right to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 2jlorg's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your license to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

2jlorg collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jlorg, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if 2jlorg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service provided thereon, including interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any decisions you make based on information or content available on the Platform.
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Philippine law, 2jlorg's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 2jlorg's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

12 Suspension & Termination

2jlorg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• 2jlorg has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity in connection with your account.
• You engage in any prohibited activity as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

In the event of account termination for a legitimate breach of these Terms, 2jlorg reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting 2jlorg support. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 2jlorg, you agree to first contact our customer support team and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved at this stage through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first contact, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.

For disputes specifically related to game outcomes, 2jlorg's game logs and server records shall be the definitive source of truth unless demonstrably shown to be erroneous.

14 Amendments to These Terms

2jlorg reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via:

• An email notification to your registered email address.
• An in-platform notification upon your next login.
